It's almost the end of the year.. And although i am proud of what i have achieved with my body, i resent not sticking to my exercise and diet plans throughout the entire year.  It's amazing how i got down to 124 lbs from being 143 lbs, and when i think about it, it's not bad that i managed to...

The "jigglies"...that cracked me up! I love the biggest loser because of how many lives it changes. This site is an amazing place for any question you may have...I hope you enjoy it and look to learn as much as you can while your doing it.
