So i'm 30 now... I feel mixed emotions about that! I am very disappointed in myself for not having accomplished everything i had set out to have done by now, but realistically, given the many obstacles and limitations in the past couple of years, i should count myself lucky to still...

The "jigglies"...that cracked me up! I love the biggest loser because of how many lives it changes. This site is an amazing place for any question you may have...I hope you enjoy it and look to learn as much as you can while your doing it.
