How I Started:
I started lifting in high school while in sports. Continued on again/off again until '93, when I got serious for a year.Wrecked my shoulder and laid off for 3 years, but could not find the drive that I had had.
Why I Love It:
I experience a primal mindset at the end of a good workout/set. I feel my body primed, ready to engage and interact with the physical world, rather than passively drift. Oh, and then there is the chemical surge for the brain.
How I Stay Motivated:
My sons- Peter, Glenn, and Corwin.
