A little bit of weight training during 2nd semester of Wrestling during 10th grade. Have never been serious about weight training until now.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because the sport shows what the human body and mind are capable of doing and transforming with great determination. Also...after a workout you feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the physical progress (wearing a shirt better, looking better w/o shirt on) and chemical progress (feeling better throughout the day and during the week)
BB Accomplishments:
None at the moment. I'll be competing in a few years, and go for a natural pro card.

Goal (Long):
I've been fat until the age of 15. After I was 16 I went to Wrestling were I gained some muscle and lost good amounts of fat. Now that I am not in Wrestling anymore...I want to look better than ever before. I want to have a physique that will make me happy.
I know some dept. work that shift. We work a 24 on 72 off. and have time to eat every 2-3 hours. As long as it's not a busy Day. Good luck with the job. No matter what Hours we work. The peoples lives we touch is worth it.
hey man long time..u got some new pics up?? im doing so good bro..im at 185..with about 8% body fat..never looked so lean and big!!!! my diet is PERFECT right now..only change little by little everyday so see what happens..

well ur eating good..lots of protien keep that up...um..your not haviing enough carbs..insteead of havin all that milk..by some hole grain toast..and eat it with 100% peanut butter..good stuff.. and for your between meals..hmmm..u should really save up and buy some protien powder..get something cheap for now..thats all i have for ma protien..i got wicked gains off of it...
