Started training at 16 for a sports training class in high school. Was serious but uneducated for the first 3 years. Lost motivation for a couple years after, then got serious early 2006 and been going strong since!
Why I Love It:
To look and feel more healthy, confident, and energetic!
How I Stay Motivated:
A desire to work towards something without giving up. Also hearing feedback from you guys!

For the longest time I simply was doing 2-way splits seperating upper and lower body days, but found that to be less effective. I am currently on a 3 way split with 1-2 days rest each week.
Each day is at least 3 compound movements and 1-2 isolations.
