Thank you..just have patience with yourself and eventually you put in enough work and clean eating and you can look like you never have before! Make sure you have plenty of before pictures to chart your success:)
If you want to get very lean your diet has to be extremely consistent. May check some free womens diets here on the site.:) I don't have any children...but I know a few very lean women that do...so keep the faith;) Jennifer Nicole Lee is a perfect example:) She looks hot!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I usually workout for about 1 hour, 5-6 days a week. Depends on the body part I'm working that day. For my competition, I'm not doing very much cardio (3 times per week), so when I do workout, it's heavy lifting and lots of sets! Keep me posted on all your progress!!
