I work out because I have to. Period. On the days that I work out I feel accomplished, less stressed and healthy. Feeling "fit" improves my quality of life!
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately, my motivation has come from wanting to take better care of myself and the desire to take my body to a level I've only imagined.

I do ciruit training; high intensity workouts where I do many different exercises without rest between each.

I'll continue to do circuit training until my bodyfat comes down.
