Just dropping by to see how your summer is going? Training on this end is leveling off as I'm lined up to coach 2 teams this fall so I'll be more focused on survival for the next 12 weeks.

Thank you very much. I can't complain, but I would like to see some better results around the stomach area. But that is almost ALL DIET, and that's the hardest part for me. How are you doing?
