I have been consistant with my workouts for a month now- i notice the more I go to the gym the more I want to go- I want to keep getting results and not start over again. Im feeling good im going in the direction of my goals.
Mondays- Legs and Shoulders and 30min cardio
Tuesday-Spin Class
Wensday- Back and Biceps and 30min cardio
Thursday - Spin Class
Friday-30min cardio
Saturday -Off
Sunday- Chest and Triceps and 30min cardio
As of today 3-16-09 this is my new workout program.
Lets see how it goes.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.

My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and we got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort.
