This was one one of the first people i talked to when i first got into bodybuilding he has always been a big motivation and seeing him turn from a muscular average joe to the the great physique he has now motivated me to compete to thanks for the motivation and just taking time to critique my pics hope to compete with you someday!
Phil has done more for me then he knows he isn't just a guy that competes in the same show as me but someone that helped me through our contest prep. Even though we didn't compete agianst each other his results each week pushed me harder. I can't wait till next year to watch him go pro!!! you are not just a fellow bodybuilder but a friend buddy thanks for everything!!!
Don't start skipping either. LOL, college was one of the dumbest times in my life. I was actually a functional drunk for a year as well. :-)
LOL, but eh, the being in class for reasons that actually pertain to your career and the like do make it that much better than that dreaded high school system people are so fond of. :-)
Of course I'm happy. LOL
College? Damn, when'd you get so old? LOL, no wonder you been quiet. I didn't even know you graduated. Heck you majoring in?
At any rate, college is where it all started for me. It got to the point I'd skip class and only work and train. Don't start that happiness though. Its a mess. How is school and training?
LOL, I think you just had an extra busy summer and fall. I know I took about 6 weeks off from the gym ( I was going, just not with the same intensity and consistency as usual) but I'm back to things now.
LOL, and here I was thinking you had gone on to do something else. Heck you been up to?
THANK YOU MAN!!! THAT REALLY MEANS LOADS COMING FROM MY BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!
YOU ARE MASSIVE AND A GREAT INSPIRATION!!!!! KEEP GOIN' MAN... NEVER TAPOUT!!! LOVE YOUR AVI!!!
We have trained all over... From the World's in Sheffield Lake, Urban Fitness in Westlake. We get together in Akron more often though.. either at Rocco's or Bodybuilder Inc. Check out the Forum on Animalpak.com. If you make it to one of the sessions be sure and say HI.
Hi Cedric! Thank you so much for the lovely compliment & the friendship invite! Best wishes to you on your training. Please feel free to drop by anytime - I enjoy getting to know my friends and following their progress. I hope you have a great day! ~ Jen
Thanks man, I appreciate the support! Your looking great in that stage shot. You have a whole lot of detail in your arms, shoulders, chest, and legs. It's great to see another teen as dedicated to the life style as you are.. Looking awesome bro, keep at it!
