This was one one of the first people i talked to when i first got into bodybuilding he has always been a big motivation and seeing him turn from a muscular average joe to the the great physique he has now motivated me to compete to thanks for the motivation and just taking time to critique my pics hope to compete with you someday!
Phil has done more for me then he knows he isn't just a guy that competes in the same show as me but someone that helped me through our contest prep. Even though we didn't compete agianst each other his results each week pushed me harder. I can't wait till next year to watch him go pro!!! you are not just a fellow bodybuilder but a friend buddy thanks for everything!!!
Hey man, how goes it??? stop by this page on the site and vote for me in the contest.. http://www.simplyshredded.com/ best-male-bodies-on-bodyspace- 09-40-over.html
you will do great. if you have time stop down and get a work out in at the new gym. also let everyone know w are doing spray tans there too for competitors for 10.00
Hey man... yup took it easy and light lifting after the show for a couple months and took time to open a tanning salon and just opening my gym in Canfield.. just started lifting heavy last month. I am not going to do the cardinal this year but will next year. i need to get a little bigger first, but will be there chearing for you..
whats going man... just getting back into the hard core lifting, took it easy for 6mths and bulking up a little more. finally back up over 185 from the 152 from the show. you training for the next show.. hey also i opened a small gym and tanning salon in canfield too.
LOL it doesn't make me mad. Someone around here has gotta say it though. Besides you got out of school and started a contest prep for the summer. That has got to be the craziest, hardcore thing I've known any teenager to do. Starting a business isn't even that difficult.
LOL you know what I'm doing. Trying to beat this body into perfection through this twice a day training, eating a nice, balanced diet and the usual.
What the heck are you eating and training like this time around?
LMAO, enjoying carbs and cheat meals?
I wish I were enjoying them. All of my carbs are technically boring at this point. Berries, quinoa, wild rice, beans, and vegetables. Oh yeah, I try to give myself a hard time for eating those carbs, but man. Talk about annoyingly unfilling.
Ha ha, training is cool though. You got almost 3 months before you have to throw them all away. Better enjoy them. And how's school?
Since that is whats really important.
Hey good to see you. I decided to give myself more time to grow before another contest prep - my next show will be the Northern USA in Lakewood in October. Whats your next show?
Man, all my arm size is from when I did train them which was up until about 6 months ago. 6 months ago I started this full-body, compound movement non-sense and have been kinda stuck on it. You might see one bicep/tricep exercise a week but it was never planned.
HA HA, I can't say I've never trained them. LMAO, who on this site has never trained them.
Ha ha, its not going to be complicated. Its going to be simple. I wish it could be as simple as sleeping. Thats what I need to make.
LMAO, you might as well just compete with the adults but eh, why go through that torture of contest prep? Enjoy those carbs while you've got the chance.
Ha ha, these arms aren't that big. I'm not even training them right now so what they get right now is all auxiliary work. I'm coming up with a routine I'm calling "something crazy" at the moment but we'll see.
