This is 319lbs. Still have some upper trap and shoulder thickness, but some thickness around the middle too.

45 to 60 min cardio 4 times a week. Lifting 4 times per week. 2 cheat days per week, otherwise REAL clean days in between. Getting serious and honest with myself.
