How I Started:
I started lifting in middle school for football. I have been lifting ever since then. I lift for basketball and I also lift so I can look good.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it makes me feel good when I see a muscle gain. I also like to lift so I can get stronger for basketball and become a better player.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated to lift by trying to make myself look better and to get stronger for basketball. If I get stronger for basketball, I'll be a better athlete and look good also.
