Posted in Status : Mar 27, 2011 4:02pmI have to say that this has been one difficult transformation for me but even though at the hardest times, when I did not want to go to the gym and do night time cardio or eat that final piece of chicken; I'm so glad I did!!! The hardest part of maintaining my consistency in training and nutrition was the stress of planning my wedding, I was so busy with training and planning it was sometimes overwhelming.
