It's even worse than I thought.
I resume weight lifting 2 months ago. I started my first bulking cycle 1 month ago. I don't have definition b/c of the fat gained from supplements.

Man.. you have awesome separation on your upper chest and front delts!! That's what I'm trying to get right now. I just keep bulking until I feel I'm gaining too much on my abs. I like to stay lean during my bulk cycle so I eat really clean the entire time. Around every 3 months I'll do a short 2 week cut cycle just to burn some fat and switch things up. Then I'll bulk again. I'm gonna continue to bulk until around April of 2010.
