Arrowhead High Attended 2003 to 2007 Hartland, Wisconsin United States
When I Started:
Oct, 2007
How I Started:
When I was just about to enter high school, someone recommended lifting weights before my 1st season of football. For 8th grade graduation, I got a small bench and weights to work out with. I continued that for a few years and loved it, until I was introduced to endurance running w. cross country and track (distance). I was consumed through running and would sometimes run as much as 40-50 miles a week. I almost won my first XC race senior year (placed 2nd) and continued to improve slightly, but still falling short of my varsity letter. A few months after XC, I noticed a powerlifting comp was held at our high school. I figured I would go back to my roots of lifting weights and sure enough..I made it to the state competition a few months later at the 132 lb. class. However coming up to that comp. I wanted to "cut" weight so that I could compete a class lower (123 lbs.) I was a terrible idea as my parents noticed my extremely skinny body due to starving myself up to the competition. I deeply regretted that (weighed in at 124 lbs missing the class) and did poorly. After the competition I got back up to the usual 135 I was around and just kept lifting a bit and still running a lot.
As soon as I entered college, I started to look into bodybuilding and just realized "wow it's all about eating and lifting...sweet!" So I started to read a lot about it and consistently started to lift freshman year of college and also began cheerleading on the side (did it for the Packer games, NICE!). I still thought that something was missing. I was always seeing these competitors and bodybuilders in books, gyms, etc and really just saught that as my direction (all thanks to GOD for his guidance and his will). Halfway through junior year I find myself done w/ cheering and committing all of my time to eating consistantly, getting enough rest, and training hard so I can finally compete in my first bodybuilding competition next April in Madison, WI. Hoping to be certified soon as a trainer, I just want to set a good example to all of those around me that if you really put your mind and feelings towards your goal/dreams, you can accomplish anything!
Why I Love It:
It's just amazing!
Eating healthy all the time and working out while staying in shape and improving your overall health (the all natural way) in the long run...I love it, it's my passion!
Natural bodybuilding....sounds damn good to me if you ask!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just pray to God that he may help me accomplish my goals and all that I do, I do through him only!
I just try to dream big, not let anyone or anything get in the way..and to show everyone what you can do naturally.
BB Accomplishments:
As soon as I compete, that will already be a rewarding accomplishment for me.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I love having God there to inspire me in everything that I do. I know that I can't be the best, but I know that I can be the best that he wants me to be. The benefits? well..he is always there no matter what. I am thankful that he is there when I am doing well and when I am struggling.
