What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Definitely fruit salad. Instead of sugar, we use a light coating of sweet and low. That gives it a semi-sweet flavor, and a little bit of juice. I could eat a good sized bowl myself. Very good.

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Well, my wife and I always use the low fat stuff. We count a lot of calories also. All the time. We have researched what is the best low fat ingredients to use and do pretty well at it. In Louisiana, where I live, they have some stuff called Tony Chacheres. It's really good. Just sprinkle it on your food during cooking, and your good to go. Obviously, don't put it on everything. Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
I get on a website called recipes.com. They rate all the recipes by everything. Calorie count, how it tastes, the whole nine yards. I also look at everything and try to choose them with certain ingredients. I prefer my foods a little spicy, so I'm kind of picky. Lately, I've been liking cajun foods more and more. During the year, I printed off a bunch while overseas, and going to learn how to cook them. Let's see how much I can burn them. Hahahahahaha. J/K.
