Tues: Shoulders/Calves/Fat-Burn
Wed: Cardio Only
Thurs: Back/Abs/Fat-Burn
Fri: Chest/Calves/Cardio
Sat: Arms/Abs/Fat-Burn
Sun: OFF

WAY TO GO.. I lost some too but probably just gained it back eating jelly beans.. darn easter bunny making a bag of all red jelly beans.. I hate bunnies LOL Keep up the hard work!!!
