When I Started:
Jun, 2008
How I Started:
I used to pratice a lot of sports... but then I stopped training, and gained weight, I panicked and began my first diet, I was so happy to slim down, I was beginning to look like what was my ideal of femininity-a thin and fragile figure--but by then my diet had gone out of control. I had lost way too much weigth, afterwards I began to realize my mistake and tried to eat a little more... unfortunately I put on weight (my starved body was packing up fat so quickly!)
From then on I tried to have a reasonale diet, not trying to loose any weigth, just tryong to eat in a healthy way. Afterwards I got back to practicing sports then stopped again and put on weight...
Now I've decided and understood that I can regain control over my body!
My body is meant to be athletic so why trying to look like a runway model!?!
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel better :)It's rewarding both mentally and physically
I am aiming at both aesthetism and pragmatism:
I want to build a great physique, to sport long and lean muscles
And I want to improve my speed and strength.
I joined a new gym, and I am getting some real advice and learning the proper forms.
I am doing more cardio and have stopped bothering about the multi meal thing (which I can't seem to handle) and... the results are there! I've slimmed down, feel less stressed and enjoy some rewarding...
Thank you for the add. I hope you can drop me a line occasionally for encouragement and any ideas you have. I would like to be able to ask you for pointers and/or ideas to progress. If that is OK with you? I hope to be an encouragement to you also. Thanks again and stay strong.
That sounds like an ineresting way to plit it up and I imagine it keeps you moving. I am adding a bit of morning cardio this week and doing drop sets. A bit of diet tightening too. I am hoping that gives me the definition I am looking for!!
