Honestly I've had a gym membership but never went, then my boyfriend and I started going together, but even then I just did cardio. So in January of this year I started lifting and I absolutely loved seeing the progress my body was making.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my progress week after week!
How I Stay Motivated:
The boyfriend is my workout partner and he constantly pushes me to try harder and set higher goals. And also having a goal body helps me stay motivated that I will have it soon!

Catnhatchanged Weight from 98 lbs. to 100 lbs., a 2 lb. gain in 123 days
I would like to have less body fat, and in general increase my happiness and confidence with the way I look.And I want amazing abs!!!This winter I'm going to try to put on 5lbs of clean muscle so we will see what happens.

One Caffeine pill in the morning when I wake up to jump start my day and rev up my metabolism, and somedays if I need and extra extra boost I will drink a Redline Princess before my workout!

Tonight we did shoulders first and we never start with them so I absolutely killed them tonight! I have a good friend of mine that decided to make healthy changes in her life and lose weight, so she worked out tonight with me and my boyfriend. she did really well, and it brings me back to when...
