Honestly I've had a gym membership but never went, then my boyfriend and I started going together, but even then I just did cardio. So in January of this year I started lifting and I absolutely loved seeing the progress my body was making.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my progress week after week!
How I Stay Motivated:
The love of my life is my workout partner and he constantly pushes me to try harder and set higher goals. And also having a goal body helps me stay motivated that I will have it soon!

Still needing to lose the bodyfat, about a month after I started working out
I wanna gain 5 lbs of muscle,and continue to decrease my bf%!
Goal (Long):
I would like to have less body fat, and in general increase my happiness and confidence with the way I look.And I want amazing abs!!!This winter I'm going to try to put on 5lbs of clean muscle so we will see what happens.

One Caffeine pill in the morning when I wake up to jump start my day and rev up my metabolism, and somedays if I need and extra extra boost I will drink a Redline Princess before my workout!

I played Football at SBU just in the Spring long story! Never wanted to go there but did because I play WR and there offense threw the ball like crazy so it was appealing but I HATED Bolivar lol! Now Springfield was nice I could have lived there!
