How I Started:
I think i got started because of Dragenball Z. Those huge muscles really impressed me and I just wanted to look like that. But the first contact was a bodybuilding show on tv, after that i started doing pushups.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of becoming big and bigger and the pump after the workout. Then you really know you did something :-) . And hey you just feel sexy!
How I Stay Motivated:
posters on my wall, big and muscular, watching me all the time to keep me going.

First of all i want a generaly trained look:

my main goal is to once like efankhouser but my next and i would say big enough goal at the moment is to have broader shoulders, more muscular arms, legs, back, chest and loose the fat thats hiding the abs and built up a sixpack.( generaly looking more muscular and trained) and i want to pass the final examinations for my first semester ;-)

I want to GAIN 5 kg
