How I Started:
I have always loved being active. I started dancing when I lived in California, but decided to switch to gymnastics when I moved to Ohio. After I finished competing in gymnastics, I ran Cross Country.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because you can see your body transforming. Plus, I always feel awesome after!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated as my body changes and becomes better each day as I wait patiently for someone special to come into my life to motivate me even more!

I would like to lose around 11 pounds and go from 22.3% body fat to around 18%, if not lower. I would like to continue to tone and continue to see more definition.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
They have the proper equipment I need to succeed and I enjoy having people around when I work out! The cons...um...the grunters and the fact that people see you when you don't look your best.
Had another amazing workout today. Did a great hour of cardio and worked the lower body. I really think the added protein is giving me more energy and strength, which is helping me step up my workouts. Got to get a good nights sleep, and it's back to the gym! Love it!
