Get in shape and gain Muscles, after a massive weight loss (about one year)

Let me be the one I want and feel healthy

I was to fat 277 - 279 lbs I transformed my body and life and I enjoy looking at my progress.
BB Accomplishments:
massive weight loss in about one year documented by my doctor. That was hard! now added a few pounds of muscle (in the task)

amazing results man.. really good stuff. stay focused and stack on the good muscle now.. that is what i've been working on as well. it is slow but rewarding.
