Reason: Additional source of protein. I use this with my whey powder instead of milk. Easy to cook with too.

Reason: I like this product because it tastes great and is easy to mix. It's very smooth and easy to use.I was already adding raw oatmeal to my 100% Gold Standard whey. This just removes the extra step plus it doesn't clump up and leave a lot of grit in the bottom of the cup.
