Started gradually and about two weeks later, started lifting VERY light weights- went from 25 to 5lbs.I sometimes have a pain out of nowhere. At least I can lay on my sides again and rotate my arm to scratch my back. I was scared! Keep at it.

Had that in December-right after I started working out. Wasn't from gym but goofy home accident.Kept it immobilized for a week and did lower body exercises. Co-worker who is an aspiring physical therapist gave me a couple of exercises and said the injury wasn't as bad as it seemed but that I HAD to use my arm.

Hi. I'm working out regularly. I'm trying to do the same in the eating department. I'm trying to keep on schedule eating. Exercise does away with my appetite. I DO NOT sit near a restroom at work so, that water thing is something I have to think about as well! ;-) Other than that, I'm trying to keep my eye on the prize and keep at the gym. Hopefully, I will see a lot more improvement by the summer. Thanks for checking on me!

Training is coming along quite well. It's only been two months but I am seeing a little progress. I think I hit it quite hard at first so, I've added a little more recover time. I'm still trying to keep eating right as well. Thanks for the look-in!

WOW! I didn't know I had so many comments. . . I guess I had better scroll down to the bottom of the page more often. Training is going fine. I think I was over doing it at one time so, I've put in some rest days and am trying to keep away bad eating habits. I still have a goal of getting more toned so, I'm going to kick into overdrive.
