25 years ago I was 5'6" and 185. Growing 3 more inches was a big help too! I have kept off the weight but now want to get even more fit, lean and athletic. I roller skate (Carrera is my favorite brand) but want to lift weights to add muscle and strength. I do not accept illness and immobility as a fact of aging. I have decided that my ULTIMATE goal is to actually compete in a fitness contest and prove to the naysayers that simply being skinny is good enough. Yeah, I know, some people are neeever satisfied...

I use a diary and write down what I eat, my supplements and my exercise routine. I use a diary because it's cheaper than a program. I really get a kick out of watching people watch themselves in the mirror. They do a set then pose. Do a set then pose. One lady was watching herself while running the treadmill. She ran right off of it. I turned away before I could laugh. . .
Ha-ha well that is inevitable! However if you keep your heart rate at target and train hard you will need that amount of water and want it. Especially on lo carb high protein contest diet. If yu don't keep the water in you that amount of protein can do some major damage. I just dont drink anything else and down it in 24 hours :)
Thx lady-bug. Ur looking amazing! I'll get some pics up . I've leaned out a LOT bloated like nust now-CKD diet but I'm losing fat rapidly 3 days 3 lbs and it can't be water cause I'm drinking at least 2 gallons a day!
