This is me about a month and a half ago just after my Anemia and Hypothyroidism was cured. Knocked me out of the gym for about 3-4 months, was so fatigued and couldnt work out, but im 1 and a half months back into action and seeing some progress
This is me on 9-11 feeling great and happy to be back in action!

Tore it up today, completed all of the workouts in the P90 chest and shoulders workout. Ate healthy and am generally in a good mood. Heading up to snowboard, gonna expend some more of those extra calories.

hey! are you reall a personal chef!? =) i only ask that cause i wento culinary school in SF before i wento SJVC..i usta wunna be a chef, but its waaay too much work for ****ty pay..you havta work really hard for a long time to start making somewhat good pay it seems.
