How I Started:
I was just tired of being the "little guy" and wanted to get bigger and stronger.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to push myself every week and see the progress I'm making (or not making).
How I Stay Motivated:
Even though I have made some progress since I started, I am not yet close to where I want to be, so I don't want to stop. I also think that having the body I want will increase my confidence.

if you're looking to get big, look into eating serious quantities. For your weight maybe around 3600 calories a day would suffice. 5-6 pretty balanced meals, i eat a lot of chicken and turkey for protein and rice/oatmeal for carbs, a tuna sandwich every other day, always a variety of things for dinner (throw in the veggies) and 2 protein shakes a day. Eating is prolly more work than the training.
