Hmm the only place I know is here in Ontario. At Shannonville race track they have the Fast Racing school. They give you all the equipment aside from the helmet and a bike. They have a huge selection. The instructors are amazing.

Oh I know what you mean. Theres nothing like getting into a good lean and not having to worry about traffic.

I love it. Its challenging and time consuming but its worth it. The only thing I dont like about it is that there isnt much cardio in it - that part is easy to fix though =o)

I know the R1 is a nice bike. The only downside to it though is that the earlier years can get you into crazy wables.

Hey Glenn...Thanks for the encouragement. Im doing pretty good so far. OMG though, the Yoga almost bored me to death. I know that sound horrible but I didnt find it that challenging (former gymnast). But things are good!
Oh! for your tendinitis try ART (active release technique) It worker for me =o)

Ive been good. Crazy busy - my dad has pnumonia so ive had to put more hours in. Started P90X today though - lol I think ive found my match. I'll post progress pics every two weeks. You can be the judge =o)

Busy girl! Wow, take it easy with the MMA though...specially if youre getting into thai boxing. Its very hard on the body and one injury can keep you out of the gym for a few months (ive been there).
Training is good. Im trying to figure out my schedule for next week. Im going to Jamaica but I dont want to lose my routine and I have no idea what to expect gym wise.
