How I Started:
While lifting is one of my loves it has always been secondary to my one true love martial arts. I lift to get strong but my workouts are centered on endurance. I was introduced to lifting at a young age. I has always been something I turn to when I feel as though everything is catching up to me...its better than any spa I have ever been to.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to lose myself. It keeps me strong for MMA and for the trails (my summer passtime)
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now its just looking at the mirror. After sustaining a few injuries training I was unable to do much and put on the weight. Injuries to date: Dislocated my right knee twice, dislocated my right shoulder, tendinitis in both my elbows and my left shoulder (ART is taking care of that), CMP in both my knees and a few bruised ribs. Lol im kind of a mess.
Oh and a separated (left) shoulder from highsiding my dirt bike.

- Tone legs and go froma ghetto bootty to a big muscle booty and I sure could use some calves.
- tone arms, I want definition!
- get abs
Ok so no weight loss this week. I did pick up my weight routine so that’s the only explanation I can find (I tend to build muscle really fast) but Im still going to push my cardio a little more this upcoming week. My diet was a little slack this week - it sucks that everyone keeps trying...

Awesome ridin skills// Ima (x) Zx9r ninja rider/owner.. Myself never could master does pesky curves.. But in a straight line its jus like on t.v?..(lol).. An irie piece laid down at 130plus aint it?. Bike is so calm(lol) So smooth all u kan feel is da scream of the motor in ur chest?.. Sh.. Nope too fast for me?
