Sorry, I won't be deadlifting in Rome, even though I am a NGBB Team member. My husband and several of the guys will. Everyone pulling has to have a deadlift over 700.... Should make for a good show. This will be last man standing, no weight classes. Look for the mallest, hardest man in it, that will be my husband. He will weigh between 220-230....

Thank you very much...A lot of powerlifters will give up their looks for a bigger lift. I will not. Don't see why you can't be strong, and still have a little physical appeal to others.....lol.....Don't get me wrong, powerlifting is in my blood, and if I could only do one sport, it would be powerlifting....Just get a huge rush from the heavy weight!!! Right now, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting both have a place in my heart, and my life!!!! Again, Thank you....Carolann

Hi...Hope all is going great for you. No, I won't be at the Arnald. Will be competing at the Raw Unity Meet in Tampa in January, and then guestlifting at the APA Southeastern Teen Championships....for the kids!!! And helping give a siminar afterwards. Hi....Yes, I actully compete in a little bit of everything..lol....I compete in powerlifting raw & equipped, Have done figure, and compete in BB...I an doing my first highland games next month... Girl, You look Amazing....When is your next competition?
