The challenge of lifting heavier weight, and to improve my body! At 43 yoa you need to continue to challenge yourself!
How I Stay Motivated:
The way I stay motivated is by always trying to better myself as a person, a mother, and a wife, first and foremost. Then there's athletics. I love the thrill of competition! I always want to do my best! First to continue to improve my body, second to compete at the highest level my body will allow!
I have competed in gymnastics, swimming, powerlifting (raw, and equipped),figure, and bodybuilding. Have plans of doing a Strong woman, and a Highland Game events by year end!
But, I am a powerlifter at heart, and live to lift heavy! Always striving to hit a larger number in a meet or in training!
On Oct 4, I put together by largest total so far (equipped), weighing in at 146lbs. I squatted 575lbs. benched 270lbs, and deadlifted 475lbs. for a 1320 total.
Then on the flip side. I have just recently started competing in BB/Figure and really love atmosphere, and camaraderie!
I am definitely hooked!!!!
That is how I stay motivated! Always wanting to improve myself as a person, make a PR lift, or the next show to celebrate all my hard work in training!
REMEMBER: "Strong is the new Sexy!"

hi,
Thanx for accepting the add and the compliment.Am a software engineer who used to bodybuild but sadly work took over life and nowadays don't get to train that often.Am hitting the gym again now, lets see where that takes me.Always admired those who stuck it out and achieved their goal, and am especially partial to women who are fit and attractive.I congratulate you on spectacular success of a body that you have and hope that you stay happy doing what you like.Let's keep in touch.

Hey there Mrs. Meyers, Happy New Year. Did you hear about my goal? I'm hoping to go back to PC Beach this year in July to do a photoshoot on the beach. Of course if you return this year I'll be there again to see ya
