Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling good about myself physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visualizing a clear BIGGER picture of a positive outcome due to hard work and discipline.
BB Accomplishments:
Building a little size on my shoulders and arms. Achieving a lean & cut look. Knowing how to train and eat properly to achieve and gain results without the use of drugs.

Continue to eat 4-5 small meals per day and cut back on binging. Train 5-6 days per week.
Goal (Long):
I'm an L.A. model and trainer and I have a busy schedule helping others reach their fitness goals as well as model bookings. I take care of other business projects and personal matters. At the end of the day I have less energy to train mySELF as HARD as I should. I need to write down a training program and stick to the advice I give my clients.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
