I got started working out many years ago but was never particularly serious about it in terms of muscle building - more just for weight loss. I have since changed perspective and have new goals I want to achieve.
Why I Love It:
Because you can get real rewards from your hard work, and not just physical rewards but mental ones too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at photos of my favorite fitness models, and the support of my boyfriend.
BB Accomplishments:
Not that its a 'bodybuilding' accomplishment, but I have managed to lose 16kg (35lb) of fat.

This was taken after I had lost about 15kg.
After a year of stalling, this is the result of a couple of months of good solid progress. I havent lost much weight, but have got so much more muscle tone.
Basically, I want to get my arse in a bikini. I want a body that I am proud to show off, and for me that means muscle. I want well defined abs, well developed quads and hamstrings, hard calves. I want to be able to see definition between my biceps and triceps. I know that if I put in the hard work, I can achieve all these things.
I havent posted in here for a while! Rest assured I have not slacked off on my training for even a day. My diet was crap last week, so this week I decided to start a keto diet. I am now eating the final meal of day 3 and I'm going really well, no real carb cravings and only the odd headache -...

you smell :D. lol so i kinda fell off from working out (smoked pot for the past 2 weeks) and well i went back today and holy shit i'm sore. I started everything from scratch so for the next 4 weeks i'll be conditioning everything and yada yada. So today was chest (4X15) and omg i'm like dying lol. Hope everything is going well for you :D
