How I Started:
I started working out; kick boxing and weight training seriously before I came to the islands for school. The stress, late hours and overload kicked in while I was down here; my positive attitude changed to negative. I didn't have a gym, or the time to work out; I developed a poor body image, anxiety from stress of a demanding load and poor diet. I took a couple months off in 2008 to get my life back in order; to reprioritize and learn how to manage stress and anxiety in a positive way. Success; i was able to shed the excess weight, eat healthy, and work out regularly. I am much more positive, better able to manage the workload and have more self confidence in my abilities.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it has helped me to focus on my studies and develop a positive and confident attitude. It is my stress reliever.I look forward to that burn; my early morning training.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel i am in control of my body when i am healthy and fit. When i see results; such as my clothes fitting loose or fitting into clothes I never thought i could, it's a great boost. Looking at my healthier image and knowing that i am a role model to some keeps me focused and wanting to always improve.

Hey Beautiful. Sorry to hear about your foot. Let it heal. A few months back I had a stress fx in my foot from all the running. Miserable. Gives you time to concentrate on those books. hoping you are handling the stress well.
Its not a bodybuilding competition. Its more like a springbreak type deal thing a speedo competition lol Just me having some fun really lol But at the moment though just maintaining my body and spending less time in the gym now though. Hi gorgeous Carmela Im sorry to hear about your injury I hope you recover quickly. As for me im doing well thanks. Just working at moment with my plasterering business so i can get some money together . To get my trainer back so we can start my bulking programme adding lean muscle mass. I should be starting that programme next week. At the moment its summertime here And im doing a competition of sorts in December
yeah u really dont realize how beautiful things are where u are at till you leave them. i hope you keep that ballance with school, working out, and partying. doing a great job keep it up

Yeah I am pretty thankful for them finally finding it. My first doctor thought it was just swollen lymphnodes. Now I am just missing part of my trap; but definitely for a good reason.
