My Workout Program

I Started training twice a day recently. Once in the morning when I wake up before I eat and then in the afternoon I hit the gym to do some cardio and weight lifting.
My morning work outs are simple and doesn't require any equipment, it's just a lot of calisthenics, push-ups half-burpees, mountain climbers, high-knees, squats and jump squats. When it gets warmer outside I'll start jogging in the mornings too. Some days I'll work on abs along with my morning work outs.
Now in the afternoon I go to the gym, I always stretch, do some form of cadio for 20 to 30 minutes(I'll run for 20 minutes usually, but the stair master, elliptical or bike is 30 minutes) Mondays I work on my chest and triceps, Tuesdays is back and biceps, Wednesdays is shoulders, traps and abs, Thursdays I take a circuit boxing class it's a good cardio workout for an hour and it includes more abdominal work outs towards the end and Fridays I do legs. Weekends I tend to rest but I always find something to get into.
