When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
I played soccer in high school. I've been on and off workouts. My problem with not reaching my fitness goals are that I am not consistent on my diets and work out plans because I am always partying heavy and hanging out with the wrong crowd. I drank too much and did too much partying during high school, my time in the Marine Corps traveling to different countries, and after my four years in the Corps. Atleast I was consitent with drinking, but it is not what I need if I want to achieve my fitness goals. Alcohol has given me many problems, but God has always been there to protect me and has given me so much. I am trying to make positive changes in my life now and have stopped drinking. Now that I have stopped some of my old habits. I am going to make it a habit to work out and I know that with God everything is possible and I will achieve my fitness goals with him by my side.
Why I Love It:
I love the results and compliments that come from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
My faith in God and reading results from other hard working people who keep their commitment and stay dedicated to their fitness goals.

Happy Sunday! Juan I'm sending you warm thoughts, and words of encouragement this morning. During time of need call on the Lord! He will be there to keep you strong, rejuvenate your spirit, and provide the power to overcome all obstacles on your path. Temptations and habits will arise during your transformation, but remember you can always take those thoughts captive to the Lord. 2 Corinthians 10:5 Have a beautiful Sunday, and I'm looking forward to your progress. :) Miss T
