How I Started:
Have been working out on and off for a while.Decided to get serious a few years ago,it hasn't been easy but i'm proud of my accomplishments.
Why I Love It:
The pump i get,the state of mind I enter when pushing the iron is like nothing I can explain.Bodybuilding is the ultimate sport,because no matter how much money you have or how many supplements you take,if you don't have the genetics and work ethic,you will never be better than those who do.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my progress in the mirror.Remembering how I looked when I started.Reading any and every bodybuilding magazine.
BB Accomplishments:
No contests as of yet but I have come a long way.Weighed 127 lbs in 1998,currently weigh over 220 lbs.

I won't go into detail.I use only Barbell and Dumbell exercises.The only exceptions are Lat Pulldowns,Leg Press,Lying Leg Curls,and Calf Machines.Free weights are the cornerstone of my workout program, and I see no need for change.I don't use wrist wraps,knee wraps,or even lifting gloves only...
Digging the new profile pic dude. Sort of a beefier version of Vin Diesel. Still can see your muscles bulging thru. Enjoying my time in CA and also working out at the local Golds. Its great lifting in a place designed for the hardcore lifter and being inspired/intimidated by the mass monsters there. Great progress pic dude! Always love seeing how you fill the pic frame with lots of pretty big muscles. Cool to see you are a mere 1in away from 30in thighs and 1/2in away from a 50in chest and 20in arms. I'm assuming you're shooting to breach those amounts, so keep up with the personal hulk out. -T

I am a lean hard gainer at 168lbs. What's the best way to put on weight and size. I've been lifting of and on for years. And I too am ready to get more serious and put on some good muscle like you have. Give me the real!!
