How I Started:
Have been working out on and off for a while.Decided to get serious a few years ago,it hasn't been easy but i'm proud of my accomplishments.
Why I Love It:
The pump i get,the state of mind I enter when pushing the iron is like nothing I can explain.Bodybuilding is the ultimate sport,because no matter how much money you have or how many supplements you take,if you don't have the genetics and work ethic,you will never be better than those who do.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my progress in the mirror.Remembering how I looked when I started.Reading any and every bodybuilding magazine.
BB Accomplishments:
No contests as of yet but I have come a long way.Weighed 127 lbs in 1998,currently weigh over 220 lbs.

I won't go into detail.I use only Barbell and Dumbell exercises.The only exceptions are Lat Pulldowns,Leg Press,Lying Leg Curls,and Calf Machines.Free weights are the cornerstone of my workout program, and I see no need for change.I don't use wrist wraps,knee wraps,or even lifting gloves only...
Thanks for the response. I am hitting the gym hard this summer to get in better shape, I had bulked up and put on a little fat that I am now getting rid of. It looks like you are ready for the summer for sure.

Yeah I hear that. I'm not going down for quite some time but I am going to do a little trim up in a few weeks. You got sooo much muscle I wouldn't be willin to part ways with it if I didn't have to either! LOL
Good to hear. I know what you mean by can't stand losing weight and size. Biggest reason I haven't really cut much. Keep growing man. Bigger and bigger he grows, where he stops no one knows. -T
Yeah, I do deploy supersets fairly regularly. I also like doing the first 2 exercises of each bicep and tricep at lower rep/higher weight, then finish off with some high rep and supersets. But now, I'm using almost every trick in the book at inducing muscle growth. I should be hitting 17 here pretty soon. -T
