How I Started:
Started back in College playing football, then moved more towards the natural bodybuilding with a few of the guys that I work out with and who compete. From there I have just decided that I want to get to the best potential possible for my body.
Why I Love It:
Stress Relief and the feeling of a sense of accomplishment and seeing the progress is really a relief. I feel that there is always progress that needs to be made. The greatest feeling is the pump, your muscles feel like they are going to explode. Its like cuming. TFP is progress on the rise.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always trying to get that perfect shape, and then I am going to move towards getting stronger. Working towards becoming TFP. I must stay in shape to gain my ultimate goal of becoming a fire fighter. Goal (Long):
My goal in August 2008, was to lose 100 lbs. in a year. Jan. 2008, I had lost about 50 lbs. and was still on track to lose another 50 lbs. on top of that. June 2008 I was almost complete by losing 90lbs. July 2008, I had finally finished reaching my goal. I had lost 102 lbs., from 325 lbs. to 223 lbs., 8% body fat and 6 inches off my waist. Currently for my second goal I have lost another 1% of body fat, stayed the same in the waist and gained approximately 40 lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb

trsining going okay, lost my gym memberships so I have had trouble hitting weights but you know trying to bike and do what I can with what I have..Hopefully I'll get a gym membership for xmas and I can get back in it! How about you? Enjoying the frosty weather we are having!?

Good. I like to concentrate on powerlifting in the winter so I've gained some weight back. But have no doubt I'll be leaner in 2010 than 2009.
