I used to be 130 pounds and had a nice figure but I had a hormone in-balance/throid problem and gained a lot of weight. I have been too lazy to lose the weight and get my old body back (or as close as I can) until now... my husband made some major changes to his body over the summer and that has given me the motivation, along with his help to transform my body. Also I'm having trouble getting pregnant and I am convinced that losing as much weight as I can will help in me conceiving and being a first time mum!

I just wanted to stop by and see how you are doing. I hope that you are still able to stay focused and strong. I know that believing in yourself can be difficult at times, so what I recommend people do is to set small, attainable goals. Like losing 5 lbs and then giving themselves a reward for a job well done. Then set another and so on. This is a lifetime thing and the benefits are well worth the effort. Enjoy the journey and I look forward to seeing you and the great results you achieve.

If there is ever anything that I can do Carla, to assist you in any way feel free to give me a yell also you can check out my wife's bodyspace at judimax and see how well she did with overcoming a lot of hurdles to lose fat. She did an amazing job and we both really enjoy assisting/watching people realise their fitness goals and dreams.

Eat 5 to 6 small, clean, protein rich meals a day, do cardio 3 times a week and work with weights 3 to 4 times a week and you will be amazed at the changes.
