I got my first weight set when I was 11yrs old I'm 41 now.( thats 30 yrs of working out) I didn't enter my first bodybuilding constest until I was 37yrs old, my first show was the Las Vegas classic Nov. 2004, which I placed 5th in heavyweights.

In November 2004 which was my first show ever, weighing 202lbs I qualified winning the fifth place trophy in the men's heavy weight novice category at an NPC show the Las Vegas Classic. On April 16th in the(NPA) Virginia State Championships I won best poser, also first place in the Jr Masters,and the men's open and overall in both categories. On April 30th I placed third in the men's open heavy weight at the (NPC) Reno Nevada , United States Championship at The Atlantis hotel. On May 21st. was (ABA/INBA) United States pro qualifier at Alexis resort I placed first in the men's tall, first and overall in the Jr Masters category. June 18th (NPA) pro qualifier at Ft. Lee Virginia I place second Men's open Heavyweights. July 29-30 In las Vegas I didn't qualify at the USA's NPC show. August 2005 I placed Second In an OCB show in Las Vegas, Sept. 2005 I placed 2nd in the men's open heavyweights, and 3rd in the forever natural at an INBA show in Las Vegas, took Oct.off, NOV. I had two shows, In the Natural Universe in Cali, I place first in the Jr. Masters, and first In the Men's heavy weights, In the Natural Olympia I place first in the Men's heavy weights open, and Over all in the Men's open, 2006 won Mr. Virginia in April , in May 2006 I won the overall in the United States / Las Vegas Naturals, In June 2006 I place first in the Men's open Heavy weights in Miami at Muscle Mania Super body's. On August 19th under OCB I won overall at the Desert Southwest state championships in Las Vegas.2006 Sept. 16th Placed first men's open medium tall class at Team USA. in Las Vegas.OCt 2006 Placed 3rd Men's Pro at the Cape Cod show. Oct. 28th 2006 Placed 3rd Men's Open Heavy weight at the NPC Las Vegas Classic National qualifier.Placed 4th Men's Heavyweights Nov.18, 2006 at Musclemania World in Hollywood,CA. 2007 May 27th-28th at the Venice Beach Memorial Day Classic I was the Overall winner,I won 1st place Men over 40, 1st place Open Men's heavy weights,and also won the best posing routine award.2007 Sept.03 at Venice Beach Labor day classic 2nd place men's masters 40 and over, 3rd place men's open heavyweights and winner of best posing routine award. 2007 Oct. 27th at the Yorton Cup Washington, D.C. placed 5th in the (IFPA) Pro show. 2007 Nov.10th at the Las Vegas Classic 1st place men's masters 40 and over 1st place mens open lightheavy weight. and OVERALL winner (Mr.Las Vegas). 2008 July 26 USA's 15th Men's Open Heavyweight (NPC) 2008 Sept. Team Universe 10th Men's Open Heavyweight (NPC). 2008 Nov. 22 Overall Musclemania America/world (natural MR. AMERICA)
