Shoulders demolished, 20mins of cardio after 😮‍💨 I is tiiiiiiired. Negative chin ups/pull ups as the beginning exercise kills me every time, but Im determined to get a real NON assisted pull up under my belt.. so Im putting in that work, even if I wanna die 😆 Happy Saturday!
