been out of the game for awhile due to being struck with pnuemonia 2 times within 6 months. Dropped me down to 160 and i am trying to build it back up.

I stopped by to check out your workout, but wanted to say that I'm impressed with your overall shape and proportions. Plus, good for you by recognizing that there's much more to life than sitting around smoking and drinking (or in my case eating). Keep up the great work and good luck in reaching your goals!
