Started new program (03/19) - pyramid program taken from an M&F book. Details in my journal in the Women's journalling section!
Program is a four day split: (1) Arms (2) Legs (3) Back (4) Chest / Shoulders / Traps
5 working sets per exercise with weight selected to perform sets of 10, 8, 6, 8, 10
