 Played: 116Why I like this video: I'm an avid reader of Oxygen magazine. I've been using Ava Cowan's back workout for approximately four weeks now. And I see results!, My husband sees results.
I like the video because Ava seems real to me, her attitude is amazing, and she just seems like an achiever of goals who is down to earth and an overall amazing person. Ava is my inspiration in MANY ways! When I saw the video it just made me realize that I can achieve my lifetime dream, with work and proper nutrition I'm going to get there!
