Woke up on the morning of Nov 15th, 2002 looked in the mirror and decided to change my life.
Why I Love It:
I feel good after finishing my workout. In fact, I feel on top of the world!
How I Stay Motivated:
By reminding myself that looking good when you work out is only the icing on the cake so to speak. The fact that it helps me remain healthy and achieve amazing results when I go for my annual exam is the most important part!
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing over 80lbs in a period of 3 years. Tightening up. Having at 40 a better body than at any other age of my life.
I'm about to become certified. I think that it will not only help me stay in shape, but I will get to help others achieve a better healthier life. I can not wait!

Why I like this video: I'm an avid reader of Oxygen magazine. I've been using Ava Cowan's back workout for approximately four weeks now. And I see results!, My husband sees results.
I like the video because Ava seems real to me, her attitude is amazing, and she just seems like an achiever of goals who is down to earth and an overall amazing person. Ava is my inspiration in MANY ways! When I saw the video it just made me realize that I can achieve my lifetime dream, with work and proper nutrition I'm going to get there!

I normally stay in the fat burning zone 125-130 bpm 30-45 minutes 4 times a week. Church ave fitness is on Church between flatbush and Bedford. You from brooklyn?
Happend upon your space and noted your before and after picture. Honestly, if someone walked up to me and showed me your two pictures side-by-side I would not believe they were the same person. Great job, especially losing the 80lbs. It feels great doesn't it? Keep it up. Best wishes!
