How I Started:
I've been working out regularly since high school. My participation on the track team jumpstarted my love for fitness and eating well.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good, complete workout. There's not much in this world that can top that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep motivated by setting a strict routine and sticking to it, even if I have to sacrifice time with my friends. I mean, if I have friends. I use Bodyspace as a constant stream of inspiration and information, through which I'm bound to a community of people like myself struggling for positive change.

Thanks, I am really trying. I can't work out daily with babysitter issues. But on non-gym days I am walking with the baby for 3 miles, and working on th benches like I use (its a video on my page) in the park, and I have baby & me workout videos at home. It's interactive fun for us both. So I have a big variety. I TOTALLY can't wait until the end. I need to order my supplements like ASAP.

I think I have found the right diet for me. There are too many meals I have to prepare. So I will need to change some to bars/whey drinks. It needs to be changed to a single mother on the go.

Hey Cardio Colin my man. Sorry that it's been so long since you've heard from me. I had to drop off for a few weeks (my wife was having pregnancy difficulties). My four daughter was born healthy on 4/30/09. So, I'm be hitting the gym hard and heavy starting next week. I'll start light-medium and reach-up for heavy in a few weeks.
