I've been working out regularly since high school. My participation on the track team jumpstarted my love for fitness and eating well.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment after a good, complete workout. There's not much in this world that can top that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep motivated by setting a strict routine and sticking to it, even if I have to sacrifice time with my friends. I mean, if I have friends. I use Bodyspace as a constant stream of inspiration and information, through which I'm bound to a community of people like myself struggling for positive change.

Working for Bodybuilding.com, and finally learning how to squat deep with good form.

I want to be able to lift big and run fast. Basically, like a ninja. A big ninja.
Goal (Long):
I've had a lifelong goal of becoming fit like a ninja, or a Jedi. Or both. But NOT a pirate. Also, for the longest time I wanted to get a PHD in Light Dynamics from MIT in order to make my own light saber. Still working on that part.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

Thanks, I am really trying. I can't work out daily with babysitter issues. But on non-gym days I am walking with the baby for 3 miles, and working on th benches like I use (its a video on my page) in the park, and I have baby & me workout videos at home. It's interactive fun for us both. So I have a big variety. I TOTALLY can't wait until the end. I need to order my supplements like ASAP.
I think I have found the right diet for me. There are too many meals I have to prepare. So I will need to change some to bars/whey drinks. It needs to be changed to a single mother on the go.

Hey Cardio Colin my man. Sorry that it's been so long since you've heard from me. I had to drop off for a few weeks (my wife was having pregnancy difficulties). My four daughter was born healthy on 4/30/09. So, I'm be hitting the gym hard and heavy starting next week. I'll start light-medium and reach-up for heavy in a few weeks. I'll keep you informed about my progress. Anyway, take care. Later.

lol I need to get back into the gym! I have just been having a lot of health issue's right now and medical tests so really haven't felt up to the gym but i do need to get on it before summer time!
thank you for reading my comment, the postage thing is very important to the Military guys like myself that cant really use the 2 day delivery because we have APO addresses. Although I am very happy that my last order took less than a week to get to Korea!!
