How I Started:
I started running when I was in high school to drop weight, and fell in love with long-distance jogging. When I started college I lost my commitment and later was in two bad car accidents that caused me to loose all my focus. So now I'm trying to get back to lifting weights and running cross country again.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel alive, and gives you the best mental high, I love the way I look physically fit, and all toned. I am proud of the work I put into staying healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at other athletes and they inspire me, also I look forward to my time alone with my ipod, the music is the soundtrack to my workout, and that kicks ass.

Goal (Long):
I would like to wear a bikini by next Summer, and I NEED to get back my runner body that I had in high school, it's so hard to believe I've already been out of high school four years.

It takes one day at a time, stay focused and one bad decision can be worked off in a workout or two, but many bad decisions will set you back a great deal. Be STRONG going in this half-way means your effort is also only half.It takes one day at a time, stay focused and one bad decision can be worked off in a workout or two, but many bad decisions will set you back a great deal. It has been a week since I have made a BB account and things are not going so well, I think the stress of planning a wedding, and finals has really caused me to loose control of my eatting habits. I've begun to write down what I'm eatting so that I can be aware of what I am eatting. A mistake...
I try to drink a big glass of water and brush my teeth. If that doesn't help, I eat a lowfat yogurt with a little fresh fruit on top! I eat 5-6 times a day small meals already!
