I need advice on how to conquer grief, without turning to food? I recently moved in to my Grandma’s house, (who by the way has terminal bone cancer) to help with her illness. Everyone including myself wants her to beat the battle, but we know it’s only a matter of time before this...

I did all natural foods, like plain chichken and plain veggies, no carbs after lunch. lots of protein!
