Tone up and get slightly muscular.
Goal (Long):
I've always been "skinny fat" I have a love of junk food and a lack of discipline to over come it. I try to eat healthier foods when I can but find myself finishing it off with a sweet dessert. I was doing well with a routine of cardio and weight training in 2007 for a short 5 months and like the results I was seeing but after a short trip to L.A. I came back and was out of that routine and haven't got back into it yet. I've even been paying for my gym membership this whole time! and even own a treadmill!! *sigh* My goal is to look in the mirror and be happy with what I see not sad. I want a flat abdomen, no saddlebags and a tight butt. I know that with clean eating and getting back to the gym will do this.
