I started a new workout routine this week.  I can tell it will give me some good results.  I will post some new pics in about a month.  Hopefully there will be some change.


Current Supplements:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 2 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate
Started: Feb 01, 2007
Reason: I have a protein shake after lifting to help in building muscle.
