Background

When I Started: Jun 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I just started in June 06, I used to do a lot of push ups, sit ups, running, navy seal routines with (2000 reps) (100 reps 20 different workouts) but now i am just trying to get healthy and a little bigger.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I wouldn't say I love to work out but it needs to be done.
